Big confession to make. I've never read The Watchmen.
Mm-hmm. When you profess a love of movies you have to have seen Citizen Kane. The same holds true for comic books and Alan Moore's prolific maxi-series. The Watchmen made Time Magazine's top 100 novels of the twentieth century and is considered to have revolutionized comic books as a storytelling form. Over the three-day weekend (yeah, I get Columbus Day off) I plan to read the book; I'll try to catch the movie and blog about it if time permits.
