Spielberg's Full 'Tintin' Trailer Released

Wow. What else can you say but wow? Steven Spielberg’s first full trailer for The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn has been released and it expounds on the amazing teaser that was released in May. This is some truly brilliant motion capture work—still a relatively form of animation that has not yet been embraced by audiences. But I am excited for Tintin. It looks like a Steven Spielberg film!

Tintin was a series of comic strips, first printed in 1929, that became an international hit and spawned a large number of magazines that were eventually adapted into various mediums (most notably for American audiences as an animated import that ran on HBO).

The Adventures of Tintin: Secret of the Unicorn features the voice work of Jamie Bell as the title character, Daniel Craig, Andy Serkis, Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, Cary Elwes, and Toby Jones. The film hits theater on December 28, 2011.
