Today the CW today announced the date of Smallville’s final episode: Friday, May 13th.
For ten seasons Smallville has retold its own version of the Superman mythos, introduced classic and fan-favorite DC heroes to new audiences, pitted its iconic hero against his arch-nemesis and some of comicdom’s most legendary villains, and followed Clark Kent as he’s gone from a tumultuous relationship with his high school sweetheart to eventually meeting the woman with whom he is destined to love.
