Dale Eaglesham Takes on 'Incredible Hulk'

Dale Eaglesham is going to move onto The Incredible Hulk as the regular artist on issue #623 after his Marvel runs on Fantastic Four and Steve Rogers: Super Soldier. Eaglesham has a classic look and draws a really nice looking Hulk (seen above hanging out with his buddy Ka-Zar in the Savage Land),

It looks like the book is also going to drop the “s” on the title, but it looks like the book will continue to be a Hulk-family book. The press release for Eaglesham’s first issue indicates that Red She-Hulk, Skaar and Korg will be visiting the Savage Land with Banner.  The Incredible Hulks morphs into The Incredible Hulk with issue #622 (which has not yet been solicited).

The Incredible Hulk is scheduled for release in February 2011.

I miss the good old days when there was ONE Hulk... this multiple stuff or 'families' needs to go!

Yeah, I think it's kind of weird to have a family of heroes where they are all super strong. It gets to a point where you wonder who the heck would go up against these characters.

For a good Hulk book, you can't beat the Red Hulk book with only one Hulk.

Sorry I think the Red Hulk sucks. Can't beat the original in my book.

I've only read the first few issues of Jeff Parker's run on this Hulk and it is really awesome--he is nothing like Banner and that's key to the character's longetivity I think. Did you read Jeph Loeb's stuff?
