Well it looks like it’s time to refund those Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows IMAX tickets. After all, Entertainment Tonight teased the Green Lantern teaser on this evening’s episode (remember that the official teaser is set to premiere with the next Harry Potter film).
The clip is about 32 seconds and features a whole bunch of goodness: an awesome costume change, Hal flying through space, an obligatory Ryan Reynolds underwear shot, a smooth landing on Oa, bad guys getting knocked down by a classic fist construct, some sexy interplay between Blake Lively and Reynolds, Green Lantern knocking Hector Hammond to his feet, a not so hospitable Killowog, and the Green Lantern Corps. It appears that the trailer description found on Comic Book Movie earlier this week was accurate.
Set your DVR’s for Tuesday’s Entertainment Tonight when their official Green Lantern feature airs. If it’s like ET’s Thor feature, we’ll also be treated to some behind the scenes clips and a more complete teaser.
Green Lantern flies into theaters on June 17, 2011.
