Kirkman and Liefeld Join Forces on 'The Infinite'

USA Today reported that Robert Kirkman and Rob Liefeld would work on a new comic book project titled The Infinite.

The story involves a time-traveling hero named Bowen, who enlists the help of his teenage self to stop a villain named the Infinite. Liefeld describes the book as “a buddy movie with yourself.”

Kirkman’s involvement has me interested, but Liefeld has always been one of those artists that leaves me cold. The premise, however, does intrigue me enough to pick up the title when it is released later this year,

The Infinite will be published by Kirkman’s Image imprint, Skybound, beginning this August.

If Liefeld is drawing this book you get one issue....then maybe four years later you'll get half an issue at some convention.
