Terry Moore Announces 'Rachel Rising'

Terry Moore, known for writing strong female characters in the pages of Strangers in Paradise and Echo, is readying to introduce a new feminine protagonist in Rachel Rising.

Moore promises that this book will feature elements of horror with a simple but interesting opening hook. The story begins with the character Rachel waking up alone in the woods to discover that she is laying upon a freshly dug grave. Being inquisitive, she digs up the body inside, and lo and behold—she finds herself.

Nice.

Rachel remembers who killed her and the story follows her from there as she deals with one hell of a predicament. I have continued to hear nothing but praise for Strangers in Paradise, a book that I will begin before the year is out (I got plenty of time). I plan to jump on this title from the beginning.

Rachel Rising is expected to be released this July.
